摘 要:生涯发展实质是自我概念的实践历程,自我概念的特征表现在内容和结构两方面,可能自我包含希望自我、预期自我和恐惧自我,表现在个人发展、创造力、自主性、能力运用等方面。可能自我有其习得与发展的规律,大学生处于生涯探索期阶段,其任务主要是根据相关线索构建职业可能自我,并通过各种途径与方法使之具体化、特定化。大学生职业生涯规划教育应从职业自我概念相关理论重新审视教学的目的与内容、教学的基本框架以及师生关系的定位,并以平衡自我为出发点,围绕自我概念的特征与发展规律以及阶段发展任务开发有针对性的活动课程。The essence of career development is the practice course of self concept,the characteristics of self-concept showed in two aspects of content and structure,the possible self consists of the self hoping,the self expectation and the self fear,which showed the aspects of the personal development,creativity,autonomy,the using of ability etc..Possible selves has its acquisition and development law,college students be in career exploration stage,the main task is to construct the possible selves of occupation based on the relevant clues,and through a variety of ways and methods to make it materialization and specialization.The planning education of university student occupation career should re-examine the purpose and contents of teaching,basic framework of teaching and the orientation of the relationship between teachers and students from the occupation self-concept theory,and take the balance of the self as the starting point,develop targeted activity curriculum centred on feature and law of the development of self-concept and the stage development task.
