摘 要:面对当前行政改革深化的需要,高校本科行政管理专业教学模式普遍显露出一些问题和不适应性。合作教学理论是一种系统利用教学动态因素的合作性互动来促进教学效果改善的教学理论,它适用于行政管理专业教学模式创新的实践。结合合作教学理论,行政管理专业教学要从科学合理确定专业培养目标、强调学生主体性作用、注重师生间多维互动等方面探索其模式创新之路。Facing the deepening reform of current administration,the teaching model of administration major in colleges and universities generally exposed some problems and inadaptability.The cooperative teaching theory is a teaching theory to promote the improvement of the teaching effect by systematic utilized the interactive cooperative of teaching dynamic factors,which is suitable for the teaching innovation practice of administrative management major.Combined with the cooperation teaching theory,the administrative management major should explore the mode innovation road by reasonably and scientifically determining the major training objectives,stress the role of students' objectivity,and pay attention to multi-dimensional interaction between teachers and students.
