摘 要:【目的】观察血管性痴呆(vascular dementia,VD)小鼠大脑皮层生长抑素(somatostatin,SS)和胆囊收缩素(cholecystokinin,CCK)的表达变化,探讨VD的发生机制。【方法】复制小鼠VD模型,利用Y-迷宫检测VD模型小鼠学习记忆能力,采用免疫组化方法,研究VD小鼠大脑皮层中SS和CCK表达的变化。【结果】VD小鼠比正常小鼠Y-maze学习次数显著增多,差异有显著性(P<0.01);大脑皮层SS及CCK阳性神经元的计数明显减少,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。【结论】VD的发生可能与大脑皮层SS和CCK的表达减少有关。[Objective]To observe the changes of the expression level of somatostatin (SS) and cholecystokinin (CCK) in the cerebral cortex of vascular dementia mice and explore the mechanism of vascular dementia. [Methods] Model of vascular dementia in mice was duplicated, Y-maze test was used to observe the changes in the learning and memorizing abilities and immunohistochemical method were used to study the expressions of SS and CCK in vascular dementia mice. [ Results] The learning and memorizing abilities of the vascular dementia group was significantly decreased as compared with the control group; the number of SS positive neurons and CCK positive neurons in cerebral cortex were significantly decreased (P 〈 0.05, respectively). [Conclusion] The formation of vascular dementia is probably related to the decrease of the number of SS positive neurons and CCK positive neurons in cerebral cortex.
