摘　　要：【目的】了解我省战士干眼症的发病情况,为部队战士预防和治疗干眼症提供科学依据。【方法】对我省总队所属的各地战士做抽样调查,内容包括问卷调查、干眼的相关检查,确定受调查的战士干眼症发病率,以及分析影响战士干眼症发病的相关因素。【结果】被调查的战士干眼症发病率为16.52%。LASIK手术后、佩戴角膜接触镜及室外站岗时间长短与干眼症发病率增高有关联。【结论】加强高寒地区基层部队干眼症预防的宣传和教育,减少对部队干眼症的发生有着重要的意义。[Objective] To understand the incidence of dry eye in the Heilongjiang Provincial People＇s Armed Police soldiers, to providea scientiticbase for the prevention and treatment of dry eye. [ Methods]To determine the incidence of dry eye by investigation of the warrior,as well as the analysis of the relative factors of the onset of soldiers in dry eye, the Heilongjiang Provincial Armed Police Corps of soldiers do around the sampling survey,include questionnaire,dry eye examinations. [ Results ] The incidence of dry eye in the investigated soldiers was 16.52%. The increased incidence of dry eye was associated with after LASIK operation, wearing corneal contact lens and the length of outdoor stand guard time. [Conclusions] It is significance to strengthen grass-roots unit of dry eye in prevention of publicity and education on the force,to reduce the occurrence of dry eye.
