摘  要:一般普通高校电类毕业设计主要面临学生的时间与精力受冲击、教师指导时间与精力有限、硬件条件不足等三大困境。针对毕业设计困境,采取高压力、高要求、高目标的"三高"措施,通过尖子教育与合格教育相结合、学校与企业相结合、学院行政管理与导师责任制相结合的"三结合"方式,创新工程化、多元化毕业设计模式,以"人化"成果为重点,不断提高毕业设计的质量和效果。There are three main dilemmas in electrical engineering graduation design in the ordinary university. The main dilemmas include impact of time and energy on the design of students, limited instruction of teachers, and insufficiency of the hardware conditions. A new integrated cultivation mode is built in the light of the problems existing in the graduation design, by taking measures of high pressure, high demand, high target(that is 3H), and by combining education of top students with education of diploma students, combining training students in the school with training students in the enterprise, combining administrative management of college with undergraduate tutorial system(that is 3C). The new mode is a diversified and engineered cultivation mode, with" humanized" achievements as the focus, which is aimed at increasingly improving the quality and effect of graduation design.
