营运驾驶员从业管理综合评价系统设计

摘　　要：以Microsoft Visual Studio 2008作为前台开发工具,Microsoft SQL Server 2005作为后台数据库,设计了一个营运驾驶员从业管理综合评价系统。该系统主要包括驾驶员信息管理、驾驶员从业资格管理、事故管理、诚信考核管理和统计分析等功能模块。经验证系统可实现对营运驾驶员从业行为的管理,同时为营运驾驶员的评价及考核提供依据。The highway traffic safety of our country is in a serious situation nowadays and safety states of highway transport enterprises play an important role in it. By strengthening the management of the commercial drivers of highway transport enterprises its safety states can be improved effectively. An Employment Behavior Comprehensive Evaluation and Management System of Commercial Drivers was designed by using the Microsoft Visual Studio 2008 as front development tool and the Microsoft SQL Server 2005 was used as background database in this paper. Drivers＇ information management, drivers＇ qualifications management, accident management, integrity assessment management and statistical analysis are designed as the main functional modules of the system. It is concluded that the management and the evaluation of commercial drivers were achieved by the designed system.
