摘　　要：近年来,自然灾害频发对铁路运输组织造成极大影响。突发灾害时,铁路运输部门需根据灾情做出快速响应,进行运输组织。本文提出山区铁路灾害应急运输组织辅助决策系统的建设目标和框架结构,包括信息采集与管理子系统、灾害影响评估子系统、应急运输组织子系统和应急管理子系统,并对各子系统的功能模块进行了设计。In recent years,frequent natural disasters caused great impact on the railway transport organization.When the disaster happens suddenly,it needed the railway transport department to respond quickly for transport organizations based on the disaster.This article described the target and frame structure of the Assistant Decision System for mountain railway disaster emergency transport organization.The System contained information collection and management subsystem,disasters impact assessment subsystem,emergency transport organization subsystem and emergency management subsystem.The function modular of each subsystem were designed.
