微型种植体矫治双颌前突的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨微型种植体矫治双颌前突的临床治疗效果。方法选自2012年1月至2013年1月进入到我院进行治疗的双颌前突患者70例,将这70例患者随机分成2组,每组45例患者,分别命名为观察组和对照组。对观察组的35例患者采用微型种植体的方法进行矫治,对对照组的35例患者不进行微型种植体支持矫治,观察2组患者的临床治疗效果。结果观察组35例患者采用微型种植体矫治的方式进行治疗,显效22例,占该组临床总人数的62.9%,有效12例,占该组临床总人数的34.3%,无效1例,占该组临床总人数的2.8%,观察组临床治疗的总有效率为97.2%。对照组35例患者不采用微型种植体矫治的方式进行治疗,显效20例,占该组临床总人数的57.1%,有效10例,占该组临床总人数的28.6%,无效5例,占该组临床总人数的14.3%,对照组临床治疗的总有效率为85.7%。结论采用微型种植体矫治双颌前突临床效果显著,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate the micro-implant treatment bimaxillary protrusion clinical effect. Methods Selected from January 2012 to January 2013 into the hospital for treamaent of bimaxillry protrusion 70 patients, these 70 patients were randomly divided into two groups, 45 patients in each group were named as observation group and control group. On the observation group, 35 patients were treated with micro-implant treatment method for the control group of 35 patients without micro-implant- supported treatment, observed two groups of patients with clinical effect. Results 35 patients were treated with micro-implant Ireatment approach to treatment, effective in 22 cases, accounting for the group 62.9% of the total number of climcally effective in 12 cases, accounting for the group 34.3% of the total number of clinical, ineffective in 1 case, this group of 2.8% of the total number of clinical, clinical observation group was 97.2% of the total effective rate. Control group of 35 patients without treatment approach using micro-implant treatment, effective in 20 cases, accounting for the total number of the group of clinical 57.1% effective in l0 cases, accounting for the total number of the group＇s 28.6% clinical, ineffective in 5 cases, accounting for the group, 14.3% of the total number of clinical, clinical treatment control group, the total effective rate was 85.7%. Conclusion The micro-implant treatment bimaxillary protrusion significant clinical effect, worthy ofprornotion.
