健康宣教联合眼部中药薰蒸穴位按摩防治视频显示终端视疲劳

摘　　要：目的观察健康宣教联合眼部中药薰蒸穴位按摩疗法防治视频显示终端视疲劳的临床疗效,探索医患配合模式,以期保证疗效的基础上缩短疗程。方法治疗组采用健康宣教联合眼部中药熏蒸穴位按摩疗法,隔天1次,每次40 min,观察5次为1个疗程;对照组采用眼部中药熏蒸穴位按摩疗法,隔天1次,每次40 min,观察10次为1个疗程。以症状积分、泪膜破裂时间、泪液分泌试验、角膜荧光素染色积分为观察指标。结果治疗组与对照组的症状积分均在治疗后少于治疗前(P<0.05),症状缓解明显,且两组症状积分的差值比较无统计学差异(P>0.05),BUT值方面,治疗组与对照组均在治疗后有改善(P<0.05);SIT值、FL值方面,对照组在治疗后有改善(P<0.05),而治疗组在治疗后无改善(P>0.05)结论对于视疲劳症状明显,且尚无干眼体征的患者,可采用健康宣教联合中药熏眼穴位按摩疗法,5次为一个疗程,可为患者节省治疗费用及往返医院时间。对于视疲劳症状明显且伴有干眼体征的患者,仍需采用中药熏眼及眼周穴位按摩疗法,且保证10次为1个疗程,亦进行健康宣教,以期取得更好的疗效。Objective To explore cooperation mode of doctor and patient, by observing the the clinical effect of health propaganda and education with Chinese herbal fumigation and point massage around the eyes on VDT asthenopia. Methods The treatment group were treated by health propaganda and education with Chinese herbal fumigation and point massage around the eyes 5 times, which was carried out every other day. The control group were treated by Chinese herbal fumigation and point massage around the eyes 10 times, which was carried out every other day. Then the changes of symptom score, break-up time of tears（BUT）, schirmerⅠtest（SIT） and cornea lfuorescent pigmentation（FL） were observed. Results After the treatment, patient’s symptom score was less than before of both groups （P〈0.05）, also there was no statistical signiifcance between the two groups （P〉0.05）. The treatment group had better results in BUT （P〈0.05）,except SIT and FL （P〉0.05）. The control group had better results in BUT, SIT and FL （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Patients with symptoms of asthenopia but no dry eye can choose health propaganda and education with Chinese herbal fumigation and point massage around the eyes to save money and time. Patients with symptoms of asthenopia and dry eye can choose Chinese herbal fumigation and point massage around the eyes and make sure to carry out 10 times.
