摘 要:目的:观察纯钛铸件表面镀制氮化钛薄膜后在氟环境中的耐腐蚀性。方法:用动电位极化技术测试对照组和镀膜组纯钛铸件在氟质量浓度为2000mg/L的人工唾液中的自腐蚀电流密度和自腐蚀电位,扫描电镜观察试件表面形貌,对结果进行分析比较。结果:对照组和镀膜组纯钛铸件的自腐蚀电流密度分别为4.13±0.19和0.66±0.03uA,自腐蚀电位分别为-0.57±0.05和-0.50±0.03V。镀膜后纯钛铸件的自腐蚀电流密度明显减小(P<0.05),自腐蚀电位明显增大(P<0.05)。扫描电镜显示,镀膜后纯钛铸件较对照组纯钛铸件的表面腐蚀形貌明显减轻。结论:镀膜后纯钛铸件的耐腐蚀性增强。Objective:To study the effect of TiN film by pulsed bias arc ion plating technique on the corrosion resistance of casted titanium in fluoride environment. Methods:Potentiodynamic polarization technique was used to measured the currentdensity of corrosion (Icorr)and the electric potential of corrosion (Ecorr)of untreated and TiN-coated casted titanium in the artificial saliva with 2000mg/L fluoride concentration.After electrochemical experiment, the microstructure was observed by scanning electron microscope (SEM ). Results:The Icorrs of untreated and TiN-coated titanium were 4.13±0.19 and 0.66±0.03μA respectively.The Ecorrs were-0.57±0.05 and-0.50±0.03V respectively.The Icorrs of TiN-coated titanium were significantly low er than untreated titanium and the E corrs of TiN-coated titanium were significantly higher than untreated titanium . The surface of untreated titanium was corroded m ore heavily than TiN-coated titanium . Conclusion:The corrosion resistance of titanium were increased significantly after pulsed bias arc ion plated TiN-coated .
