论毛泽东干部教育思想对当前高校人才培养的启示

摘　　要：毛泽东干部教育思想具有丰富的内涵,在干部教育的目标、原则、方法等方面都有许多深刻的阐述。毛泽东干部教育思想培养造就了一大批革命干部,为新民主主义革命的胜利奠定了干部基础。在新时期,毛泽东干部教育思想仍具有重要的指导意义,给高校人才培养以重大启示,即必须坚持"又红又专"的培养目标,坚持实事求是的态度,坚持理论联系实际的原则,注重调查研究,发扬"挤"与"钻"的学习方法。Mao Zedong cadre education thoughts have rich contents, there is a lot of profound elaboration in the cadre education goal, principle and method. Mao Zedong Thought of cadre education has trained a large number of revolutionary cadres, laid the foundation of cadres for the victory of the new democratic revolution. In the new period, Mao Zedong cadre education thoughts still have important guiding siguificance, great enlightenment to the university personnel training： we must adhere to the training goal of ＂both red and expert＂, adhere to seek truth from facts attitude, adhere to the principle of linking theory with practice, pay attention to investigation and study, develop ＂squeeze＂ and ＂drill＂ learning method.
