摘  要:目的编制医护人员心理应激源量表,并检验其信效度。方法依据心理应激理论,结合访谈和开放式问卷等方法收集条目。从安徽省4所综合性医院抽取2个样本,样本1(n=286)用于项目分析和探索性因素分析,确定问卷的项目和维度;样本2(n=392人)用于进行验证性因素分析和考察问卷的信度和效度,用症状自评量表作为校标。结果量表由25个项目组成,包括责任、任务、人际3个维度;验证性因素分析得出模型拟合指数:χ2/df=2.481、RMSEA=0.057、NFI=0.902、CFI=0.968,总分与症状自评量表(SCL-90)总均分呈显著正相关(r=0.769,P<0.001);总量表和各维度的α系数分别为0.909、0.848、0.847、0.786。结论医护人员心理应激源量表具有良好的信效度,能够作为调查医护人员心理应激的有效工具。Objective To develop Medical Staff Stressor Scale and examine its reliability and validity. Methods Item analysis, semi-structured interview and open-ended surveys were used to collect items. Two convenience samples from four general hospitals in An- hui were selected. Sample 1 (n = 286)were investigated to examine item analysis and exploraton factor analysis and decide the final items and dimensions. Sample 2 ( n = 286 ) was recruited to respond to the final questionnaire, and test the reliability and validity of the question- naire. Symptom Checklist 90 ( SCL - 90) were used to test its criterion validity. Results Medical Staff Stressor Scale consisted of 25 i- tems and was comprised of three factors:Responsibility stress, work tasks stress,interpersonal stress. The results of SEM was fit well( X2/ df =2.481 ,RMSEA =0.057,NFI =0.902,CFI =0. 968). Correlations of Medical Staff Stressor Scale with Symptom Checklist 90(SCL - 90) were 0. 769(P 〈0.001 ). The Coronach~ ct of the whole scale and the three dimensions were 0. 909,0. 848,0. 847,0. 786. Con- dusion Medical Staff Stressor Scale has good reliability and validity, and can be used to measure psychological stress.
