摘　　要：目的评估双吻合器吻合技术在减少直肠癌保肛术后并发症中的应用价值。方法回顾分析我院2008年3月至2013年3月229例直肠癌应用双吻合器技术保肛的临床资料。结果本组手术中229例患者均吻合顺利,吻合口切除圈完整,术后吻合口漏8例(3.49%),吻合口狭窄5例(2.18%),吻合口出血2例(1.55%),肛门疼痛2例(1.55%)。结论应用双吻合器技术可大大降低直肠癌保肛术后并发症,提高手术成功率,是一种安全可靠的术式选择。Objective To assess the value of double stapling technical in reducing rectal cancer postoperative complications.Methods Retrospective analysis were performed in 229 patients with rectal cancer between March 2008 and March 2013 who were applied double stapling technology sphincter preserving in our hospital.229 patients were carrying out one style excision anastomosis,and the anastomotic excision circle were complete.The anastomotic leakage were developed in 8 cases （3.49 %）,anastomotic stenosis in 5 cases （2.18%）,anastomotic bleeding in 2 cases （1.55%）,anal pain in 2 cases （1.55%）.Conclusion Double stapling technique can greatly reduce postoperative complications anus-protective operation for rectal cancer and improve the success rate of surgery,which is a safe and reliable surgical option.
