放化疗同步治疗晚期宫颈癌的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察放化疗同步治疗对晚期宫颈癌的临床治疗效果。方法对2008年5月至2012年7月广东省深圳市蛇口人民医院收治的晚期宫颈癌患者,随机分为对照组及实验组,均进行放射治疗,而实验组患者再配合化学辅助治疗,观察两组治疗效果。结果治疗后实验组肿瘤最大径线小于对照组,且差异具有统计学意义(t=4.321,P<0.05)。实验组患者有效率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(x^2=4.71,P<0.05)。实验组骨髓抑制和消化道反应比例均高于对照组,且差异具有统计学意义(x^2值分别为7.38和7.66,均P<0.05)。两组患者生存率逐年递减,实验组1年、3年、5年生存率高于对照组,且差异具有统计学意义(x^2值分别为6.543,6.542,6.541,均P<0.05)。结论采用放化疗同步治疗患者晚期宫颈癌效果显著。Objective To observe the clinical therapeutic efficacy of synchronous radiotherapy and chemotherapy for advanced cervical cancer.Methods From May 2008 to July 2012 patients with advanced cervical cancer treated in Shenzhen Shekou People ’s Hospital were randomly divided into control group and treatment group .They all received radiation therapy , while the treatment group was coupled with chemical adjuvant therapy .And the therapeutic effects of two groups were observed .Results Maximum tumor diameter in the treatment group was less than the control group , and the difference was statistically significant （t =4.321,P〈0.05）.The efficacy rate of the treatment group was higher than the control group , and the difference was statistically significant （χ2 =4.71,P〈0.05）.The rates of myelosuppression and digestive reaction were significantly higher in the treatment group （χ2 value was 7.38 and 7.66, respectively, both P〈0.05）.The survival rate of two groups declined gradually .The 1-, 3-and 5-year survival rates of the treatment group were higher than those of the control group , and there were significant differences （χ2 value was 6.543, 6.542 and 6.541, respectively, all P〈0.05）.Conclusion The effect of synchronous radiotherapy and chemotherapy is remarkable for advanced cervical cancer .
