摘  要:高职院校毕业生的就业问题不但关系到学校自身的发展,也对整个社会就业环境与经济发展具有重要影响,培养与提高学生的就业能力是解决问题的关键所在。人力资本理论对就业能力的探讨具有借鉴意义。文章从人力资本理论视角出发,将经济学领域的供给与需求、投入与收益纳入考察范围,探讨了这两对关系对就业能力影响的具体表现,以及矛盾产生的深层次原因。The employment of higher vocational college graduates is not only related to the development of schools themselves, also has an important influence on the employment environment and economic development of the whole society, and cultivating and improving students" employment ability is the key to solve the problem. The theory of human capital has a reference meaning to discussion about employment ability. This paper starts from the perspective of human capital theory, takes the supply and demand, investment and benefit of economics domain into investigation, and discusses specific embodies that the two pairs of relationships influence employment ability, as well as deep - seated reasons of contradictions.
