静脉注射法莫替丁对十二指肠溃疡病人胃电活动的影响

摘　　要：为了观察十二指肠溃疡病人急性抑酸后胃内pH升高是否影响体表胃电活动 ,对 12例十二指肠溃疡活动期患者和 10例健康人进行胃内pH值和体表胃电测定。结果表明 :十二指肠溃疡病人胃电主频率、正常胃慢波百分比明显低于健康人 (P <0 0 5 ) ;十二指肠溃疡病人静脉注射法莫替丁后 ,在胃内pH≥ 7 0状态胃电主频率、主频率不稳定系数 (DFIC)和正常胃慢波百分比显著高于生理盐水对照 (P <0 0 5 ) ;pH≥ 7状态 /基础状态的胃电主功率比明显高于生理盐水对照 /基础状态之比值 (P <0 0 1)。提示十二指肠溃疡病人存在胃电活动异常 ,急性抑酸使胃内pH升高可增强其胃电功率和改善胃电节律紊乱。In order to investigate whether the increased gastric pH value induced by acute acid inhibition could affect cutaneous electrogastrography (EGG), the measurements of gastric pH and EGG were performed in 12 cases of patients with active duodenal ulcer (DU) and 10 healthy subjects The results showed that dominant frequency and percentage of normal slow wave (PNSW) were lower in the patients with DU than in the healthy subjects (P<0 05); In the duration of pH≥7 0 after intravenous infusion of Famotidine in DU patients, Dominant frequency, dominant frequency instability factor and PNSW significantly increased as compared with infused saline; The duration of pH≥7 to baseline ratio of EGG power was higher than that for the duration of infused saline to baseline ( P <0 01) Conclusions: Abnormality of gastric myoelectrical activity exists in the patients with DU, and increased gastric pH value induced by acute acid inhibition may enhance EGG power and improve gastric dysrythmia
