药物不同应用方式对肺癌治疗影响分析

摘　　要：目的探讨对比同一药物采用静脉全身化疗与经动脉灌注局部化疗治疗肺癌的效果。方法 160例肺癌患者根据入院顺序分为治疗组与对照组各80例,两组均选择顺铂化疗,对照组采用传统静脉全身用药,治疗组采用经动脉灌注局部化疗。结果治疗组有效率为80.0%,对照组为55.0%,两组患者有效率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者化疗前功能状态(KPS)评分对比无明显差异,化疗组间与组内比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。随访6个月,治疗组恶心、呕吐、食欲减退等总体并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。随访2年,治疗组的平均生存期、1年生存率和2年生存率都明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论经动脉灌注局部顺铂化疗相较于静脉全身化疗,可提高肺癌的治疗效果,减轻症状,降低不良反应,提高远期生存率,有很好的临床应用价值。Objective To investigate effects of different applications of the same drug for the treat- ment of lung cancer. Methods 160 cases of lung cancer patients were equally divided into treatment group and control group according to the sequence of hospitalization （80 cases for each group）. The two groups all adopted cisplatin for chemotherapy, but the control group selected traditional intravenous systemic adminis- tration, and the treatment group intravenous systemic chemotherapy. Results The effective rate of the treat- ment group was 80. 0% ,and the other was 55.0%. There was significant difference between the two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. the KPS score had no significant difference before chemotherapy and were significantly different after chemotherapy （P 〈 0. 05 ）. After follow-up of 6 months, the nausea,vomiting,loss of appetite etc over- all complication rate of the treatment group was significantly less than the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. After Follow-up of 2 years, the average survival period, 1-year survival and 2-year survival rates of the treatment group were significantly higher （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Compared with intravenous chemotherapy, arteri- al infusion chemotherapy applied the treatment of lung cancer can improve efficacy, relieve symptoms, reduce toxicity and improve long-term survival, which has better clinical value.
