艾迪注射液联合亚砷酸注射液治疗晚期肝胆恶性肿瘤的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨艾迪注射液联合亚砷酸注射液治疗晚期肝胆恶性肿瘤的疗效及安全性。方法将60例晚期肝胆恶性肿瘤患者纳入研究对象,随机分为给予亚砷酸注射液化疗的亚砷酸组和给予艾迪注射液联合亚砷酸注射液化疗的联合化疗组,每组30例,观察化疗效果及不良反应。结果联合化疗组的总有效率(76.7%)、改善率(73.3%)、可溶性受体(sFlt-1)含量[(99.3±9.3)ng/ml]明显高于亚砷酸组;血管内皮细胞生长因子A(VEGFA)[(67.2±9.4)ng/ml]、血管内皮细胞生长因子B(VEGFB)[(36.8±5.6)ng/ml]明显低于亚砷酸组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者头痛头晕、消化道症状、肾功能损害、肝功能损害、心功能损害发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论艾迪注射液联合亚砷酸注射液治疗有助于改善化疗效果,抑制新生血管形成,且不良反应与亚砷酸注射液单药化疗相当,是安全、有效的化疗方案。Objective To study the efficacy and safety of Addie injection combined with arsenious acid injection in treatment of advanced hepatobiliary malignant tumor. Methods Patients with advanced hepatobiliary malignant tumor were enrolled and randomly divided into arsenious acid injection group and combined chemotherapy. Then chemotherapy effect and adverse reaction cases were observed. Results Combined chemotherapy group overall response rate （ 76.7% ）, improvment rate （ 73.3% ） and sFh-I [ （99. 3 ± 9. 3 ） ng/ml were signifcantly higher than those of arsenious acid group. VEGFA [ （ 67. 2 ± 9.4） ng/ml] , VEGFB [ （ 36. 8 ± 5.6 ） ng/ml ] were significantly lower than ones of arsenious acid group. There were no significant differences between two group for headache and dizziness, gastrointestinal symptoms,renal function damage,liver function damage, heart function damage. Conclusion Addie com- bined with Arsenious Acid injection helps to inhibit angiogenesis, to improve chemotherapy effect and a- chieve equal adverse reaction with single agent chemotherapy. It is a safe and effective chemotherapy.
