电子大肠镜下高频电凝摘除大肠息肉的应用

摘　　要：目的 :探讨电子大肠镜下高频电凝摘除大肠息肉的临床应用价值。方法 :应用 Olym pus CF- 2 40 电子大肠镜及Olym pus U S- 2 0 高频电凝电切仪 ,于常规准备后行高频电凝摘除直径 0 .5 cm以上大肠息肉 ,并回收息肉行全瘤病理检查。结果 :用该法摘除大肠息肉患者 40例 ,共 6 3颗息肉 ,疗效好 ,息肉全瘤病理检查表明大肠息肉以肿瘤性息肉为主 ,并具癌变。结论 :在电子大肠镜清晰放大的视野下 ,行高频电凝摘除息肉术具有安全、简单、准确、快速、疗效确切、无痛苦和并发症低及息肉回收率高的优点 ,是一种极为可靠治疗大肠息肉的方法 ,息肉病理检查显示腺瘤Objective: The value of romoving colorectal polyp under video colonoscope with high frequency electrical coagulation was investigated Methods: Applying an Olympus CF-240Ⅰ video colonoscope and an Olympus US-20Ⅰ electrosurgical unit to removing the colorectal polyps above 0 5 cm in diametre with high frequency electrical coagulation after the normal arrangement, collectting the polyps for the all polyp pathological examination Results: 63 colorectal polyps of 40 patients were removed, the result was good The all polyp pathological examination showed that most of the colorectal polyps was adenomatous polyp with deterioration tendency Conclusion: Under the clear enlargement view of the video colonoscope, removing the polyp with high frequency electrical coagulation has an advantage of safety, simplicity, accuracy, fastness, effectualness, painlessness, lower adverse effect and retrieving highly the polyps The all polyp pathological examination proves the close relation between the adenoma and cancer
