摘　　要：为研究水产科研管理体系,从贯彻落实ISO9000质量管理体系入手,研究基于质量管理理论的水产科研管理体系与传统科研管理体系的区别和体系建设中存在的问题,得出基于ISO9000建立的的水产科研管理体系能提高管理的可执行度、科研项目成功率和科研项目质量的可控制度,能使该管理体系真正起到提高水产科研工作效率、保证科研成果的有效性,为水产科技的发展提供制度保障作用。To study the aquatic scientific research project management system, from the aspects of implementing ISO9000 quality management system, the paper studies the aquatic scientific research management system based on the theory of quality management and the existing problems. The paper builds an aquatic scientific research management system based on the IS09000, which can improve the implementation of the scientific research management, increase the success rate of re- search projects and strengthen the quality control of scientific research project. The system can increase the efficiency of the management system, ensure the effectiveness of scientific research achievements, and provide institutional guarantee for the development of fishery science and technology.
