摘  要:探讨机器人防护面料的研究进展。介绍了目前国内外机器人防护面料的需求及研究状况。分析了机器人防护面料与人体防护面料的区别。指出:高温机器人防护面料基布可选芳纶纤维、芳砜纶纤维、玄武岩纤维、碳纤维等,基布后整理可以采用涂层整理、层压铝箔整理、磁控溅射镀膜整理等;高湿环境工作机器人防护面料可进行防水涂层剂整理,或采用聚四氟乙烯薄膜进行层压处理;无尘环境工作机器人防护面料可以利用防静电处理或在织物内添加导电纤维的方法。Research progress of robot protective fabric was discussed. The demand and research conditions of robot protective fabric at home and abroad were introduced. The differences between robot protective fabric and human body protective fabric were analyzed. The result showed that aramid fiber, polysulfonamide, basalt fiber, carbon fiber, etc. can be selected by high-temperature robots protective fabric. Coating finish, laminated foil finishing, magnetron sputte- ring coating finishing etc. can be adopted by base cloth after finishing. Waterproof coating or laminated finishing with PTFE film can be adopted in humid environment working robots protective fabric. Antistatic fabric processing method or added conductive fibers in the fabric can be adopted with clean environment protection working robots.
