科技型中小企业技术创新的关键驱动因素研究——基于京津4家企业的一项探索性分析

摘　　要：科技型中小企业技术创新问题日益受到理论界和实践界的高度关注。通过深度访谈,运用多案例研究方法,选取4家科技型中小企业技术创新驱动的案例,对驱动科技型中小企业技术创新的因素进行研究。结果表明,企业家精神、研发能力、市场需求与竞争、政府政策与法规是科技型中小企业技术创新的4个关键驱动因素。在此基础上,构建了科技型中小企业技术创新驱动因素模型,并指出了理论贡献和进一步研究方向。An increasing number of attentions to technological innovation about tech SME are paid by scholars and entrepreneurs. Through depth interviews and with multiple case study method, this paper selected technologi-cal innovation-driven of four tech SME as cases, discussing driven factor for tech SME technological innovation. The result showed that the key driving factors for tech SME include： entrepreneurship, research and develop abili-ty, market demand and competition, government policy and law. Based on the above findings, this paper construct-ed the key factor model of tech SME, and pointed out the theoretical contribution and further research direction.
