摘 要:目的研究杭州地区男性素食者细胞免疫功能水平及其与血浆磷脂脂肪酸的相关性。方法采用流式细胞术测定89例男性素食者(素食组)和103例健康体检者(对照组)的外周血淋巴细胞亚群,采用气相色谱法测定血浆磷脂脂肪酸的构成。结果与对照组相比,素食组CD3+T淋巴细胞、CD4+T淋巴细胞、CD8+T淋巴细胞、CD16+/56+自然杀伤(NK)细胞百分比及CD4+/CD8+比值均无统计学意义,而素食者CD19+B淋巴细胞低于对照组,差异有非常显著意义(P<0.01)。相关性分析显示,CD3+T淋巴细胞和CD4+T淋巴细胞均与血浆n-3多不饱和脂肪酸(polyunsaturated fatty acids,PUFAs)含量存在负相关(P<0.01),CD19+B淋巴细胞与n-6 PUFAs部分指标存在负相关(P<0.05),NK细胞与n-3 PUFA部分存在正相关(P<0.01),但与总n-3 PUFAs及n-6 PUFAs均无相关性。结论素食者的细胞免疫功能水平无改变,体液免疫功能水平下降,部分原因与血浆磷脂脂肪酸构成变化有关。Objective To assess the relationship between human lymphocyte subsets and plasma phospholipid fatty acid compositions in male vegetarians from Hangzhou. Methods The subjects consisted of 89 vegetarians and 103 omnivores. T lymphocyte subsets (CD3+, CD4+ and CDS+ cells), B lymphocyte (CD19+) and natural killer (CD56+) cells were measured by flow cytometry. Plasma phospholipid fatty acid compositions were analyzed by gas chromatography. Results There were no significant differences in the percentages of CD3+, CD4+, CDS+, NK cells and the ratio of CD4+/ CDS+ between the two groups. But vegetarians had significantly lower B lymphocyte levels compared with non- vegetarians (P〈0.01). CD3+ and CD4+ cells were all significantly negatively correlated with plasma n-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFAs). B lymphocytes were significantly negatively correlated with plasma n-6 PUFAs(P〈0.05). There was no correlation with either total n-3 PUFAs or total n-6 PUFAs in the controls and vegetarians. Conclusion Cellular immunity does not change significantly in male vegetarians. However, humoral immunity is decreased, which is partially associated with the changes of plasma phospholipid fatty acid composition.
