摘　　要：论述了激光冲击强化的基本原理及其应用 ,着重讨论了激光冲击参数的优化和冲击波峰压的理论计算 ,说明了约束层在激光冲击处理过程中的重要作用 ,指出了激光冲击处理目前存在的难题。In the article we review the Physics and Applications of Laser shock processing and pay more attention to the analytical modeling of the process. Through the examples we discuss the importance of the confining medium. Some difficulties in Laser shock processing are explored.
