摘　　要：钼丝的张力直接影响着钼丝的抖动幅度和频度 ,从而影响线切割加工的质量。本文介绍的是一种在不改变现有线切割加工机的情况下 ,设立钼丝恒张力伺服控制系统 ,较好地解决了钼丝张力的测量和恒定控制问题。The tension of the molybdenum wire produces a direct effect on the range and the frequency of its vibration,thus affecting the quality of the wire cutting.The thesis introduces a servo system of the constant tension of the molybdenum wire,without changing the present wire cutting machine tool,solving satisfactorily the problem of the measurement and constant control of the tension of the molybdenum wire.
