生态脆弱区经济再发展问题探讨——以西北地区为例

摘　　要：生态脆弱区的经济再发展问题是我国可持续发展战略所研究的重大问题,是发展市场经济、推动现代化建设的重要领域。本文利用国家统计局及人力资源和社会保障部编制的年鉴资料,从中选取了10个与生态脆弱有关的统计指标,采用因子分析和聚类分析的统计方法,将我国各省、自治区、直辖市的生态环境划分为7类,并着重研究西北生态环境脆弱区,分析其生态脆弱区的特点,研究解决办法,为西北生态脆弱区的经济再发展提供可行性建议。Economic redevelopment of the eco -fragile area is a major problem for the sustainable devel-opment strategy research in China , and it is an important area for developing market economy and promo-ting the modernization construction .Based on the yearbook data from the national bureau of statistics , the ministry of human resources and social security , this paper selects 10 statistical indicators related to the ecological fragile , using the statistical method of factor analysis and cluster analysis , various provinces , autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the central government of our country ’ s ecological environment are classified into 7 classes, and focuses on fragile ecological environment of northwest area , it analyzes the characteristics of the ecological fragile area , researches solutions , provides feasible Sug-gestions for the economic redevelopment in ecological fragile of northwest area .
