摘　　要：使用存在复合联接缺陷的抽样框进行抽样,是导致产生非抽样误差的原因之一。通过深入分析"一对多"和"多对一"复合联接抽样框对估计误差的影响,并构建两类复合联接抽样框下的非抽样误差函数,从而可以更加全面深入地认识和控制非抽样误差。The using of composite connection imperfect sampling frame is one of the reasons to generate non-sampling error in estimation .In this paper , we analyze the impact of sampling variance on parame-ter estimators under the one -to-many and many -to-one composite connection imperfect sampling frame , constructs the function of non -sampling error under the two kinds of composite connection sam-pling frame , so that we will have a more comprehensive and in -depth understanding and control on non-sampling error .
