摘 要:以不同基因型大麦为试材 ,研究了天然麦芽提取液及其浓度、低温贮存对大麦花药培养力的影响。结果表明 :诱导培养基添加麦芽提取液对大麦花药离体培养具有明显的促进作用 ,试验的三种基因型平均绿苗产量增加了 37.89% ,最高达 66.80 % ;在本试验范围内 ,其最适浓度为 10 % ;与贮存 10d或 2 0d的麦芽提取液相比较 ,新鲜麦芽提取液的效果最为理想 ,贮存 10d的次之。The experiments on application of malt extract to barley anther culture were carried out here. The results showed that the addition of 10% malt extract to induction medium was useful for induction of pollen calli and differentiation of green plants; the average yield increase of green plants for 3 test genotypes was 37.89%, and the highest yield increase was 66.80%; optimum concentration of malt extract was 10% and fresh malt extract had the best effect on enhancing yields of calli and green plant as compared with malt extract stored for 10 or 20 days.
