摘  要:离体锥栗叶片暗诱导衰老过程中 ,随浓度增加 ,超氧物岐化酶 ( SOD)、过氧化物酶( POD)、过氧化氢酶 ( CAT)活性及叶绿素和蛋白质含量先升高后降低 ,而脂质过氧化产物丙二醛 ( MDA)含量和质膜透性先降后升 ;随时间的延长 ,SOD、POD、CAT活性及叶绿素和蛋白质含量均逐渐降低 ,而 MDA含量和质膜透性却增大 .实验证明 ,低浓度的精胺 ( Spm)具有延缓衰老的作用 ,高浓度的 Spm则有加速衰老的趋势 .推测 Spm在叶片衰老过程中 。During the senescence of detached castanea henryi leaves in the dark, the activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD)、 peroxidase (POD) and catalase (CAT) firstly increased and secondly decreased, the contents of chlorophyll and protein also firstly increased and secondly decreased, the malondialdehyde (MDA) content and relative plasmamembrane permeability firstly decreased and secondly increased when the spermine content increased As the senescence time went by and by, the activity of SOD、POD、CAT and contents of chlorophyll and protein all decreased gradually, but MDA content and relative plasmamembrane permeability increased The results demonstrated that the low density Spm had the effect on retarding the senescence , while the high density Spm had the trend of acceleration of the senescence It was inferred that the activated oxygen and ethylene may have an important pole in the senescence of leaves
