主动,行动研究之魂——对行动研究本质的思考

摘　　要：目前,行动研究在我国得到广泛应用,但在现实中却存在很多令人生疑的"行动研究"。回顾国内外学者对于行动研究特点的总结,从特点出发反思行动研究的本质,我们认为:行动研究的特点,只是行动研究得以成立的必要而非充分条件;实践工作者成为研究的真正主体,才是行动研究的本质之所在;而实践者研究主体地位获取的关键,是他们必须对研究具备积极主动的精神。因此,主动是行动研究的灵魂。Nowadays,action research is applied widely in our country,but most action researches should be suspected in real life. Through reviewing the summary of the characters of action research that domestic and overseas scholars have done,and starting from characters to rethink of the essential of action research,we believe： the character of action research is only the necessary but not sufficient condition to action research; the essential of action research is that practice workers become the real subject of research; the key that practice workers get dominant role of research is that they must have active spirit to research. Therefore,being active is the soul of action research.
