摘 要:高师生的职业意识包括教师职业兴趣、教师职业认同感、教师职业自我效能感、教师职业的理想和意志等要素,对于形成教师职业能力十分重要。由于高师院校师范性在相当程度上的泡沫化等原因,造成高师生职业意识普遍薄弱。思想政治工作融入教师职业生涯规划、团学活动突出师范专业特色、专业课程着眼于教师职业能力并有计划、按步骤实施,以构建起纵横交错的立体化培养网络,这样才能有助于将教师职业意识培养落到实处。Professional awareness of students in high normal colleges,including teachers’ professional interests,teachers’ professional identity,teacher’s professional self-efficacy,the teaching profession ideal and will, is very important for the formation of teachers’ professional capacity. A considerable degree of bubblization and many other reasons in the nature of teacher-training in high normal Colleges result in weak professional consciousness. Only when ideological work is integrated into teachers’ career planning,group learning activities highlight the teachers’ professional features,specialized courses focus on teachers’ professional ability,and we make a plan,and implement step-by-step to build up the crisscrossed three-dimensional training network,can it help put teacher professional consciousness training into practice.
