摘　　要：建立健全党内决策权、执行权、监督权三权既相互制约又相互协调的权力结构和运行机制是目前我国执政党改革的重要内容之一。围绕该问题,学术界展开了积极的探索,取得了一系列的成果,在为什么要构建党内"三权制约协调"机制、如何构建、保障机制有哪些等方面提出了较为清晰的思路。To establish a power structure and mechanism, in which decision-making, enforcement and oversight powers conditioning each other in coordination within CPC, is presently one of the important contents for China＇s reforms in the ruling party. Around this issue, academic circles launched an active exploration, and made a series of achievements. Fairly clear perspective has been put forward on the necessity of constructing the mechanism for the conditioning and coordinating among the three powers, of the ways to construct it and of the safeguarding mechanism.
