高等院校素质教育体系构建的成因分析

摘　　要：为了准确地将素质教育的核心价值与应用规范在实际教育过程中展开,构建高等院校素质教育发展体系已成为关系我国高校面向21世纪能否实现教育变革的重要环节。因此,这就有必要从素质教育核心价值的五个方面着手,以概念分析为工具,探讨现实教育与素质教育之间的差别,并最终以提升高校整体文化氛围、学生组织建设,作为高校下一阶段变革的主攻方向。It has been an important element for Chinese universities in the face of the 21st century m realizing educational changes, to accurately put the core value of quality-oriented education into actual educational process and to construct a quality educational system. Therefore, it is necessary to set about from the five aspects of the value of quality-oriented education, taking concept analysis as a tool to explore difference between actual education and quality-oriented education, to realize the target in next phase of reform in elevation of overall cultural atmosphere in universities and of the construction of student organizations.
