摘　　要：通过对连续挤压包覆多金属两模间速差分析 ,获得了速差产生张力及张力影响挤压比的方程 ,最后得到了两模间速差必须满足的条件和建张过程 ,这为多金属连续挤压设备设计中电机调速精度的确定提供了理论依据 .By the analysis of velocity diffrence between the die of multi metal CONFORM cladding,this paper deduce the equation between the velocity difference and tension and the equation between the tension and extrusion ratio. The conclusion is that ,the velocity difference between the die must obey some eqution. This analysis supply some rule for the design of multi metal CONFORM cladding.
