摘  要:首次提出基于啮合角函数的平面共轭齿廓凹凸性判别方法·给出六项判据·根据这些判据 ,无需求解齿廓方程 ,由啮合角函数直接判别共轭齿廓凹凸性·为设计高性能的齿轮齿廓提供了新途径·A pressure angle function(PAF) based method for describing convexity and concavity of tooth profiles was established. Four PAF based criteria for discriminating between a convex tooth profile and a concave tooth profiles were developed, and two PAF based criteria for distinguishing between a pair of convex convex meshing tooth profiles and a pair of convex concave meshing tooth profiles were also given. All these criteria are simply related to the one order differential of PAF. When a PAF is given, without generating tooth profiles,convexity and concavity of meshing tooth profiles can be directly determined. PAF may provide a systematic method for investigating convexity and concavity of meshing tooth profiles.
