摘 要:旨在针对一般可控硅跨接器耐电压等级不够高,导致跨接器接入耗能元件的灭磁方式存在灭磁可靠性不高的缺点,提供了一种基于耐高电压可控硅跨接器的冗余灭磁保护回路及其控制技术。理论和实践表明,该方案可以安全、可靠地将耗能元件接入灭磁回路,大大提高了事故状态下灭磁的可靠性,满足巨型机组的技术要求。The voltage resistance for the common controlled silicon is at a low level.Aiming at disadvantage of weak stability of the de-excitation when the jumper is joined with a dissipative cell,redundant de-excitation circuit protection and control technologies are proposed by using the controlled silicon jumper with high voltage resistance.The theory and application show that this method can safely and reliably join the dissipative cell to the de-excitation circuit,and greatly improve the reliability of the de-excitation in case of accident situation.Therefore,this method can satisfy technology demands for the giant unit.
