摘　　要：论述日本企业、高校、社会三方面如何致力于创新能力培养 ,以期作为我国推动技术人才创新能力发展的参考。This paper discusses how the three parties of enterprises, colleges and universities, and society apply themselves to the cultivation of innovation abilities in Japan, in hoping that it can be of referential value to the promotion of cultivating innovation abilities of technical talents.
