摘  要:水下生产系统是经济、高效开发边际油气田、深海油气田的关键技术之一,一般由水下井口、采油树、海底管道、水下管汇、膨胀弯、跨接管和脐带缆等组成。目前水下生产系统相关设备依赖国外进口,费用昂贵、且采办周期长,严重制约了我国边际油气田和深海油气田的滚动开发。水下管汇是水下生产系统的重要设备之一,研制水下管汇的应用具有重要意义。本文根据崖城13-4气田开发的特点,研制了一种新型水下管汇,该水下管汇采用吸力桩固定、复合管TIP—TIG焊接、水下管道连接器、水下清管球发射器等多项创新技术,为海上快速有效安装奠定了基础,并大大节约了投资费用。Subsea production system is one of the key technologies for economical and efficient development of marginal oil and gas fields, and deep-sea oil and gas fields. Generally the system is composed of subsea wellhead, Christmas tree, subsea pipelines, underwater manifolds, expansion bends, cross over and umbilical cables, etc. Related equipment of subsea production system currently is expensive and long acquisition cycle because of its dependence on foreign import, which seriously restricted the rolling development of China's marginal oil fields and deep-sea oil and gas field. Subsea manifold is an important equipment of subsea production system, an applied research of which has the vital significance. According to the development characteristics of Yacheng 13-4 gas field, a new type of subsea manifold is developed, in which some innovative technologies of suction pile fixed, such as composite pipe TIP-TIG welding technology, subsea pipeline connector and subsea Pigging launcher, are adopted. That provides a foundation for quick and efficient installation of offshore engineering, and will greatly reduce investment cost.
