摘　　要：结合绿色交通发展的背景和内涵,从城市规模、居民出行、用地特征等方面分析了中小城市适合发展绿色交通的可行性,并提出了构建中小城市绿色交通体系的策略。以上述分析为基础,结合《迁安中心城区综合交通规划》的编制进行了实践,详细阐述了该思路在迁安中心城区的规划中的应用。According to the background and meaning of green transportation development, the article analyzes the feasibility of green transportation suitably developed in the small and medium cities from the city scale, resident trip and land character, and puts forward the policy to build the green transportation system of small and medium cities. Based on the above analysis and according to the Comprehensive Traffic Planning of Qianan Central Area, the article sets forth the practice and application of this idea in the planning of Qianan Central Area.
