摘  要:师资队伍建设是高等学校教学基本建设的核心内容,是提高教学质量、培养合格人才的基本保证。公安高校肩负着为公安机关和社会培养高素质人才的光荣任务,必须造就一支政治可靠、结构合理、数量适当、业务精湛、素质优良的教师队伍。当下公安高校教师队伍仍然存在师德缺失、结构失调、实践经验缺乏、整体素质不高等问题。这些问题从一定程度上制约了我国公安高等教育的发展,必须采取切实可行的措施,强化师资队伍建设。The teaching staff construction, as the core content of teaching basic construction of colleges and universities, is the fundamental guarantee to improve the teaching quality and cultivate qualified talents. Sustaining great responsibilities to train high quality talents for the public security organs and society, police colleges and universities should establish teaching staff with political reliability, reasonable structure, proper amount, exquisite professional work, and higher quality. At present, in public security colleges and universities teachers, there are still some problems, such as the shortage of teachers' ethics, structural imbalance, lack of practical experience and low integral level. To a certain extent, these problems restrict the development of public security higher education in China, therefore the feasible measures must be taken to strengthen the construction of teaching staff.
