血脂代谢紊乱与脑梗死关系初步探讨

摘　　要：目的：探讨血脂代谢紊乱与脑梗死的关系。方法比较本院2012年1月-12月收治的128例脑梗死患者与同期来本院体检的128例健康中老年人的血脂情况。结果脑梗死患者组甘油三脂、总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白和载脂蛋白B水平显著高于健康中老年人组，高密度脂蛋白水平显著低于健康中老年人组。结论血脂代谢紊乱显著增加脑梗死的患病率。Objective To investigate the relationship between metabolism disorder of blood lipid and cerebral infraction. Methods The level of lipids in 128 cerebral infraction and in 128 healthy subjects in our hospital physical examination and in our hospital from January to December 2012. Results The level of triglyceride （TG）, total cholesterol（TC）, lower density lipoprotein（LDL）and apolipoprotein B（ApoB） in patients with cerebral infraction was significantly higher than that in the elderly healthy group, and high density lipoprotein（HDL） were significantly lower than those in the elderly healthy group. Conclusion Metabolism disorder of blood lipid increases prevalence of cerebral infraction.
