摘 要:[目的]研究散结消瘿颗粒及方中各相关药物的体外抗氧化活性。[方法]采用分光光度法,考察散结消瘿颗粒及方中各相关药物对红细胞溶血、大鼠肝匀浆自发性脂质过氧化的抑制作用,及其清除DPPH自由基能力、还原能力和清除·OH能力。[结果]散结消瘿颗粒及方中各相关药物能有效地抑制红细胞溶血和肝匀浆自发性过氧化;能有效地清除DPPH自由基以及·OH;对铁离子均具有较好的还原能力。[结论]散结消瘿颗粒及方中各相关药物在几种体外抗氧化模型中均具有不同程度的抗氧化活性。[Objective] To explore the in vitro antioxidant activity of Sanjie Xiaoying granule and the related drugs in this prescription. [Methods] By spec-trophotometry, the protective effect against red blood cell(RBC) hemolysis,inhibitory effect against spontaneous lipid peroxidation in liver homogenate, DPPH radical scavenging,ferric reducing antioxidant power assays and hydroxyl radicals scavenging were studied systematical y. [Results] Results showed that Sanjie Xiaoying granule and the related drugs in this prescription could provide good protection against RBC hemolysis and inhibit significantly spon-taneous lipid peroxidation in liver homogenate,effectively scavenged DPPH radicals and hydroxyl radicals, had good reducing power. [Conclusion] It was concluded that Sanjie Xiaoying granule and the related drugs in this prescription had different levels of antioxidant activity in vitro antioxidant models.
