摘  要:耳的探讨米粉中铜的压力消解一火焰原子吸收光谱测定方法。方法压力消解,氘灯扣背景火焰原子吸收光谱法测定。结果检出限0.05mg/L,标准曲线相关系数0.9999,相对标准偏差2.7%,平均加标回收率为95.8%0~103.0%,有证标准物质的测定值在其给定范围内。结论该法准确度,精密度好,灵敏度高,是高效、快速、实用的测定米粉中铜的方法。Objective Discuss in the rice the copper dissolves stress-the flame atomic absorption spectrometer methods determinaton method. Results The limt of detection was 0.05mg/L, the linear correlation coeffcient was 0.9999, the relative standard devation was2.7% and the average recovery rate was in the range of 95.8%-103.0%. Determine certified reference material winth the limits ofreferencen. Conclusion This method with good accuracy and high sensitivity, which is highly effective, fast and practical in the determination of rice.
