摘　　要：以华北科技学院承担"服务国家特殊需要"—安全工程领域专业硕士学位研究生培养为研究对象,围绕研究生培养过程,提出研究生培养的"九要素"培养模式,九要素包括培养理念、培养目标、培养组织、培养制度、导师队伍、平台建设、专业实践技能训练、方案实施、质量评价与监控等九个方面,论述了建立安全工程领域硕士研究生培养模式九要素的内涵及其相互关系。In this paper , training postgraduates with a professional master ’ s degree in the field of Safety Engi-neering , as the research object , is undertaken to “Serve the National Special Needs” by North China Institute of Science and Technology.Concerning processes of training the postgraduates , there is a training model pro-posed called “nine elements”, which includes： training concept, training objective , training organization , training system, tutors, platform construction, professional -practice -skill training,program implementa -tion, and quality evaluation.Therefore, this paper expounds the connotations and relationships of the nine ele-ments in training postgraduates in the field of Safety Engineering.
