摘　　要：目的:了解本地区护士手湿疹的患病率、临床特征以及可能的危险因素。方法:对本院479名护士进行问卷调查,对其基本信息、工作相关情况及手湿疹相关问题进行分析。结果:432名(90.2%)护士完成问卷。自我报告的手湿疹患病率为22.3%(95例),而符合"基于症状诊断"的患病率为27.9%(119例)。皮肤干燥、过敏性鼻炎、有反复发作超过6个月以上的瘙痒性皮疹病史是本地区护士手湿疹的显著危险因素。结论:护士手湿疹的高发率与其自身的易感因素有关。Objective： To determine the prevalence, characteristics and risk factors of hand eczema among nurses in Zhen- jiang City. Methods： Self-administered questionnaire surveys from 479 nurses in our hospital were analyzed by SPSS19. Results： 432（90.2%） nurses returned the questionnaire. The prevalence of hand eezema according to the self-reported diagnosis was 22.3%, and according to the symptom-based diagnosis was 27.9%. Risk factors for hand dermatitis included dry skin, a his- tory of nasal allergy and a history of recurrent itchy skin rash over 6 months. Conclusion： Higher incidence of hand eczema in nurses is primarily associated with individual susceptibility.
