摘 要:目的:测定不同转角方式单冠种植系统的疲劳寿命并与其受力状况分析结果进行对比验证。方法:以FDA标准建立力学实验模型并简化为数学几何图形,对直基台直角冠、转角基台直角冠和直基台转角冠单冠种植修复方式各部件(固位螺丝、基台螺丝、种植体)的受力状况进行理论力学分析。用Instron8511.20型多功能材料测试机测定3种单冠种植修复方式的疲劳寿命,并进行统计学分析。结果:随转角度数的增加,3种修复方式各部件所受扭力递增,随循环次数的增加,直基台、转角基台、转角冠修复方式的松动度均增加,其平均疲劳寿命分别为(15.3×106±1.99×106)次、(13.48×106±1.22×106)次、(12.81×106±1.39×106)次。统计分析表明,转角基台与转角冠的疲劳寿命没有显著差异,但二者与直基台相比有显著差异(P<0.05;P<0.01)。结论:转角基台、转角冠设计均增加种植系统的受力,缩短疲劳寿命,转角冠更甚,临床应尽量避免该设计。Objective: To make a comparative evaluation of torque and cyclic loading strength at the different com- ponents of single--tooth implant replacement with different superstructure design. Methods.. Mechanical study mod- el and mathematic model of straight abutment with straight crown, straight abutment with angled crown, angled a- butment with straight crown were established. The percentage of torque changes at retaining screw, abutment screw and implant were analyzed for three designs, and the fatigue cyclic life was measured by the Instron 8511.20 material test machine. Data were analyzed using one--way analysis of variance (ANOVA). Results: Compared to the torque at retaining screw, abutment screw and implant of straight abutment single implant prosthesis system, the torque for angled abutment and angled crown single implant prosthesis system increased 0 % and 3.11 % for re- tentive screw, 2.41% and 4.33% for abutment screw, 5.88% and 10. 29% for implant. The fatigue life of straight abutment, angled abutment and angled crown were 15.3 × 106 ± 1.99 × 106 cycles, 13.48 × 106± 1.22 × 106 cycles (P〈0.05), and 12.81 × 106 4±1.39X 106 cycles(P〈0.01). Conclusion.. The torque at components of angled abut- ment and angled crown single implant system was not significant different. The fatigue life of straight abutment sin- gle implant system was much better than angled abutment and angled crown implant system.
