摘　　要：信息技术的发展和企业环境的日益剧烈变化,使业务活动集成日益成为现代企业战略管理模式构建的基础。因此,基于业务活动集成基础上的战略管理模式研究是十分必要的。基于业务活动集成基础上的动态战略管理模式其基本特点是:以快速响应客户个性化需求为起点,以基于价值链的企业内外部资源整合为保障,以产业结构分析和选择为契机,"点"决策与"过程"决策共存。The strategy management mode is based on the integration of the development of information technology and changes in the business environment. Therefore, it is necessary to research on the strategy management mode based on integrations ,which have the characteristics like being in a quick response to customer demand as the starting point, based on the value chain of enterprise internal resources integration for security, regarding the industrial structure analysis and choice as an opportunitv, coexistence of noint decision and Process decision.
