美国Ischools运动背景下档案教育发展现状与启示

摘　　要：Ischools运动代表着美国图书情报学和信息科学领域发展的新趋势,在十年的发展历程中,有效地推动了各信息学科的改革和创新,并在很大程度上影响着档案学的发展。根据美国新闻和世界报道2013年档案和保护专业排名,文章选取了10所设有档案专业的Ischools,对其档案教育现状进行研究和分析。研究发现,在Ischools运动背景下,各Ischools在档案教育任务和人才培养方式上更加注重研究、实践和创新,其学位教育、课程设置以及毕业生就业状况也呈现出一些新的特点,这对我国档案教育的发展具有很大的启发和参考作用。The Ischools movement represents a new development trend in American library and infor- mation science and information science filed. During the decade of development process, it promoted effec- tively the reform and innovation of various information disciplines, largely affecting the development of archival science. According to the U.S. News and World Report 2013 Rankings in archival and preserva- tion, the article selects ten Ischools which have archival professional, studies and analyzes their archival e- ducation situation. The study found that in the background of the Ischools movement, the Ischools pay more attention to research, practice and innovation in the aspect of archival education missions and talents training methods. Also the degree education, curriculum provision and graduate employment situation present some new features, all of which would have great inspiration and reference effect to the archival education development of our country.
