摘 要:当前我国博士研究生教育在培养学生创新能力方面存在认识上的误区。创新能力是以创造性思维为核心的智力品质,而非经济学强调的以经济价值为核心的创新;不同知识类型对创新能力的形成具有不同影响,博士生更需要学习程序性知识和策略性知识;国内博士生参与科研课题的科研能力不能简单地等同于创新能力;创造力是每个普通人都具有的潜在能力,并非只是少数精英的专属能力。人们需要跳出教育研究的某些阈限,从心理学视角探寻培养我国博士研究生创新能力的有效之道。There is much misunderstanding existing in cultivating China's doctors' innovation ability. The essence of innovation ability is intelligence ability whose core is creative thinking, rather than the type of innovation which the science of economy has put great emphasis on and whose core is economic value. Different types of knowledge have different effects on how to develop innovation ability. The cultivation of innovation ability needs more application of procedural and strategic knowledge. Domestic PHD students have developed scientific research ability through participation in projects. However, this kind of ability is not simply equated with innovation ability. Creativity is not a kind of ability, which is limited to the few so-called elites, but a kind of potential ability could be possessed by every ordinary person. It should break through certain cultivation thresholds, and explore the effective way to cultivate PHD students from the perspective of psychology.
