摘  要:针对某液压厂生产的数控液压站工作在保压时泵的功率浪费严重问题,提出运用开关磁阻电机(SRM)驱动液压站的方案。设计了一套以TI公司高性能电机控制专用数字信号处理器(DSP)TMS320LF2407A为核心控制器的开关磁阻电机调速系统,通过开关磁阻电机、功率变换器、功率变换器主开关器件驱动、位置检测、电流检测、转速显示和过流过热保护一体化设计,优化电路结构和控制参数,实现了系统保压时的自适应流量控制,使整个液压系统更节能。For the serious waste of pump power in holding pressure stage in the CNC hydraulic station which produced by a hy- draulic factory, a scheme was proposed that SRM was used to drive the hydraulic station. The switched reluctance motor drive system was designed, with TMS320LF2407A (DSP for high-performance motor control, made in TI Co. , ) as core controller. By the inte- grated design with switched reluctance motor, power converter and power converter main switch device driver, position detection and current sensing, display of speed and overcurrent and overheating protection, we optimize circuit structure and control parameters and realize adaptive flow control in the holding pressure, more energy-efficiency of the entire hydraulic system was realized.
